Positive Development for Youth & Families, Inc. is a private group practice of licensed psychologists in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in psychotherapy for adolescents (high school- and college-aged), parenting skills training (for parents with children of all ages), and psychological testing and evaluation for children through adults. Our mission is to help them understand and use their character strengths to resolve common mental health problems, behavioral and learning difficulties, parent-child- and parent-adolescent relationship challenges, and sibling relationship problems. Our clinical expertise utilizes strengths-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (including ACT & DBT), mindfulness, and positive family therapy (PFT) interventions to promote and foster positive development of youth and families.
