PAYMENT POLICY
How do I make a payment?
Payment by debit card, credit card, FSA or HSA card is securely processed by your provider at the time of your appointment.
Who is responsible for payment?
Parents of minor aged youth clients are 100% responsible for payment. Those who use insurance plan benefits are responsible for any amount not paid by their insurance provider.
When is payment due?
Payments are made at the beginning of the time of service.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit cards, FSA, HSA, and debit cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
We are able to process all FSA and HSA cards as long as they are MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or Visa.
Do you charge extra for credit card, debit card, FSA, or HSA card processing?
No.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Do you charge for missed or late appointments?
Yes. We request 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. All appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a missed appointment charge the full rate service.
Will you send an Appointment reminder email?
Yes. Once you’ve completed the Client Intake forms before your first appointment and after you have provided us with your email and authorized us to send you appointment reminders, we do so upon request via text, email, or both.
